I found the TV Rip of Anastacia @ 'Rock in Rio' via eMule.

 

The file includes the whole concert, the size is 700 MB and the quality is very good.

 

I made a split-archive with 3 parts each 230 MB so that I can upload hem to MegaUpload.

First you have to download all 3 files and save them into the same directory. Then you can extract the video with WinRAR.
